Machine Body

Linear axis X, Y, and Z adopt linear guide drive with ball-screw. It is HIWIN brand from Taiwan.

It has a distance between centres of 520 millimeters/540 millimeters and a centre height of 350 millimeters.

The fuselage bases(X carrier, Y carrier, Z carrier, and Z column) are all made of artificial granite, with unmatched thermal stability and excellent vibration absorption.

Double grinding spindle head(C-axis)

Equipped with 18KW high powerful precision direct drive grinding head.

Double grinding spindle head can be installed with 4-8 pieces of flange grinding wheels.

It can complete the clamping and grinding of the front, back and end face of the tool at one time.

The workpiece spindle(A-axis)

The rotation spindle A-axis adopts direct-drive conversion.

This machine is equipped with W25 precision holder which matches with SCHAUBLIN collet.

The clamping method of the workpiece can be pneumatic.

Operation panel

Function keys are integrated into the operator panel for quick configuration of operation.

The display has a touch screen function to assist the operator.

The console is adjustable.

Optional loading

The machine is equipped Nachi robotic arm. The automatic loading and unloading robot system can realize full-automatic production for 24 hours
