The grinding wheel is fed by a combination of precision ball screw and AC servo motor. The guide rail is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which runs smoothly and has excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability.
The main shaft of the grinding wheel is a bearing structure with 4 fronts and 2 rears, which can carry high-load grinding and is more conducive to grinding superhard materials such as tungsten steel and ceramics
The machine adopts FANUC CNC control system, which can realize continuous dressing of the grinding wheel during the grinding process, automatic compensation, and fully automatic processing
